The president of the Russian Federation signed a decree awarding Ivan Rudin with this honorary title.

Ivan Rudin is an art director of the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra as well as the founder and head of the International Music Festival “Ars Longa”.

Ivan Rudin was appointed General Director (CEO) of the Zaryadye Hall in July, 2022.
