Rustam Komachkov, cello

Rustam Komachkov began to study the cello at the age of seven. He trained at the Gnessin School of Music and the Moscow Conservatoire and completed a postgraduate study at the conservatoire. He was the victor at a series of Russian and international competitions. In 1993 he won 1st prize at the International Competition in Trapani (Italy). Rustam Komachkov frequently performs in concerts, appearing as a soloist as well as with chamber ensembles. The musician’s repertoire includes cello concerti from various eras by such diverse composers as Vivaldi, Shostakovich and Prokofiev as well as solo works and chamber music. 

Evgeny Starodubtsev has won the 1st Prize 15 times and 2nd Prize twice in international piano competitions. In 2000, Evgeny began studying under the guidance of prof. Natalia Trull, from which he graduated in 2006. In 2000, Evgeny began studying at the Moscow Conservatory’s under the guidance of prof. Natalia Trull, from which he graduated in 2006. He has since continued as her assistant at Moscow Conservatory’s Piano Faculty. Besides this, he is a Laureate of the international piano competitions. Evgeny succesfully performs recitals and concert tours in Spain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Italy, Canada and others.
